Line Cook/Supervisor

Stacked Pancake Breakfast House is a growing breakfast/lunch chain that is
looking for Cook that can prepare our basic breakfast and lunch
dishes while maintaining our cooking/presentation standards.

We are hiring for our Guelph location.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prep and set up of workstations and equipment
- Cook breakfast and lunch dishes with various utensils and cooking equipment
- Ensure that quality control and presentation standards are met
- Maintain a clean/sanitized and orderly work environment in the restaurant

- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting and organizing the dishes.
- Ensure all food/other items are properly stored
-monitor stock/shortages

Job Requirements:
- Some experience required
- Experience with cutting tools and equipment
- Basic knowledge of commercial cooking equipment and methods
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Breakfast cooking: 2 years (required)
