We are actively looking for a Logistics Coordinator in our London facilityto complete our Production Planning and Logistics team in Ontario who will be mainly responsible for inventory and shipping.

Job duties and responsibilities:
- Track incoming merchandise from our suppliers and verify delivery and storage;
- Enter data in the system, adjust inventory quantities and print inventory tag accordingly;
- Verify and ensure employees place stock in proper storage and according to 5S lean manufacturing;
- Conduct inventory cycle and investigate discrepancy issues;
- Complete full count of all inventory items;
- Reconcile rebar and coils and make sure all the bundles are closed;
- Identify spot inventory shortages and recommend purchases to Procurement;
- Create sales orders, BOL's and prepare shipping package and documents for next day deliveries;
- Coordinate activities of drivers and maintenance workers when reviewing repairs needed for trailers;
- Call customers when pick-up orders are ready to be picked up;
- Other administrative tasks;
