Reporting to the Maintenance General Foreman, the Fixed PlantMaintenance Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of trades personnel to maintain Fixed Plant equipment, systems and infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance. The position is also responsible for meeting or exceeding budgetary targets, ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance and reliable productivity. This involves close communication and coordination with operations, and relies heavily upon the incumbent providing leadership and technical expertise to direct reports.

This position requires the completion of related trades certification and a minimum of 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The incumbent must possess excellent leadership abilities and superb communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of functions simultaneously. A degree in mechanical engineering or related field would be considered an asset.
