What will you do?
- Brand Development: Strengthen the brand through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and strategic positioning in the automotive industry.
- Brand Assets: Manage and update the company’s branding requirements, including brand book, corporate overview, business cards, MS templates, and logo.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize findings to inform business strategies and product positioning.
- Pricing Analysis: Perform a comprehensive pricing analysis, including internal cost, competitor pricing, customer pricing, and market pricing.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Content Creation: Generate compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including the website, social media, and marketing collateral. Ensure content aligns with the brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Update website design to reinforce brand and communication strategy. Maintain up-to-date website content and provide support with social media, SEO, advertising, and email marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and external agencies, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales and Product leaders to develop an annual strategy, recommending events and enhancements to meet key objectives and target audience.
- Vendor Management: Direct the activities of agencies, contractors, and print houses in the development of new promotional materials.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish relationships within the automotive sector. Manage the coordination and execution of trade shows and internal sales events, ensuring proper space construction and coordination with third parties.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Utilize data to measure ROI and optimize strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or marketing preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of achieving results.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and strong oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing communications with demonstrated success within the industrial B2B segment.
- Experience in developing brand strategy, marketing communications, or more general communications.
- Experience with B2B industrial trade shows.
- Strong experience with MS Office and design tools.
- Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
