Job Summary
We are in search for a HR Associate Experience Operations Senior Specialist to respond to associate inquiries for HR related matters. You will provide support for associate self-service tools, and provide accurate information about policies, processes, and programs in the areas of payroll, benefits, leaves administration, HR systems, and other matters that occur during the employment life cycle. You will resolve associate inquiries on a timely basis, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will receive activity through multiple channels such as case management, system notifications, phone calls, and chat service as the first point of contact for HR queries. This position supports a geographically dispersed population located both in Canada and in the US.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
-Responsible for receiving, addressing, researching, troubleshooting, and escalating questions via the Experience Center. Service as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries and requests that cannot be answered and/or completed through direct access. Answer a broad range of questions regarding benefits, onboarding, employment, compensation, training, policies, and procedures (leveraging the organization knowledge base as appropriate). Resolve associate inquiries or issues by applying standard, administrative procedures and agreed practices.
-Lead projects as defined by leadership, which include development of project plan with key milestones and deliverables, lead meetings, provide regular project updates, and adhere to project deadlines.
-Configures, maintains, and updates functional data such as pay scale levels and pay scale rates within HR system. Partners with HRBPs and acts as a consultative partner during updates to rate changes, and/or contract negotiation updating ACONNECT accordingly while assuring data quality. Act as a liaison between the AEC and Alight to resolve pay related issues.
-Travel independently to various facility sites to conduct training on best practices, conduct listening sessions, and recommend and develop action plans based on associate feedback.
-Maintains performance against established KPI's (Time to Resolve, Average Handle Time, Average Wait Time, Average Speed of Answer, escalation rates, abandoned calls, etc.), with goals of First Call Resolution and associate satisfaction.
-Interpret policies and counsel associates. Recommend action on requests arising from exceptional circumstances. Escalate non-routine matters/specialized requests to appropriate escalation include People Managers, HR Administration, HR Manager, Strategy Advisors, Payroll, Legal, and Benefits etc. and Centers of Expertise.
-Tracks issues, questions, and follow up using the Case Management System. And assist with the development of knowledge articles for HR knowledge portal as needed. Ensures strict confidentiality of all work and information.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
-High School diploma required
-1-2 years human resource management experience required
-Bilingual English and French
Preferred Skills and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

TAches et responsabilités principales (fonctions essentielles)
-Vous êtes responsable de la réception, du traitement, de la recherche, du dépannage et de la remontée des questions par l'intermédiaire de l'Experience Center. Servir de point de contact principal pour les demandes de renseignements et les requêtes en matière de ressources humaines auxquelles il n'est pas possible de répondre et/ou qui ne peuvent être traitées par l'intermédiaire d'un accès direct. Répondre à un large éventail de questions concernant les avantages sociaux, l'intégration, l'emploi, la rémunération, la formation, les politiques et les procédures (en s'appuyant sur la base de connaissances de l'organisation, le cas échéant). Résoudre les demandes ou les problèmes des collaborateurs en appliquant les procédures administratives standard et les pratiques convenues.
-Diriger des projets tels que définis par la direction, ce qui inclut l'élaboration d'un plan de projet avec des étapes clés et des produits livrables, diriger des réunions, fournir des mises à jour régulières sur le projet et respecter les échéances du projet.
-Configurer, maintenir et mettre à jour les données fonctionnelles telles que les niveaux et les taux de l'échelle salariale dans le système RH. Vous collaborez avec les responsables des ressources humaines et agissez en tant que partenaire consultatif lors des mises à jour des changements de taux et/ou des négociations contractuelles, en mettant à jour ACONNECT en conséquence, tout en assurant la qualité des données. Assurer la liaison entre le CEA et Alight pour résoudre les problèmes liés à la rémunération.
-Vous vous rendez de manière autonome sur différents sites pour dispenser des formations sur les meilleures pratiques, organiser des séances d'écoute et recommander et élaborer des plans d'action sur la base du retour d'information des associés.
-Maintenir la performance par rapport aux KPI établis (temps de résolution, temps de traitement moyen, temps d'attente moyen, vitesse de réponse moyenne, taux d'escalade, appels abandonnés, etc.), avec pour objectifs la résolution au premier appel et la satisfaction des associés.
-Interpréter les politiques et conseiller les collaborateurs. Recommander des actions pour les demandes découlant de circonstances exceptionnelles. Vous faites remonter les questions non routinières et les demandes spécialisées vers les instances appropriées, notamment les responsables des ressources humaines, l'administration des ressources humaines, le responsable des ressources humaines, les conseillers en stratégie, la paie, le service juridique et les avantages sociaux, etc. ainsi que les centres d'expertise.
-Suivre les problèmes, les questions et le suivi à l'aide du système de gestion des cas. Vous participez à l'élaboration d'articles de référence pour le portail de connaissances des RH, le cas échéant. Assurer la stricte confidentialité de l'ensemble du travail et des informations.
Expérience (expérience minimale obligatoire)
-Diplôme d'études secondaires requis
-1 à 2 ans d'expérience en gestion des ressources humaines requis
-Bilingue anglais et français

-Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
