TFS currently has an exciting full time permanent position as the Marketing Manager, reporting to the Vice President, Dealer Services in the Dealer Services Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing TFS’ month-end programs and communications with a data-driven focus on recommending solutions to increase TFS sales.
- Drive the analysis of insights from program data and recommend solutions to increase sales and market penetration.
- Manage TFS’ month end programs, including overseeing the publishing of program materials (Rates / LEV’s / Loyalty Offers.)
- Manage the relationship with distributor partners (Toyota & Lexus) as it relates to monthly programs, loyalty offers, accessories, data analytics and month end reporting.
- Oversee TFS’ digital/web related content inclusive of investigating the source of web related issues & once identified, providing solutions for implementation.
- Manage & publish all corporate communications, working with department managers and executives to gather information related to corporate and dealer bulletins and communications. With the support of the Corporate Communications Specialist, ensure clear & timely communications for dealer bulletins and weekly/monthly executive meetings.
- Oversee the TFS Lease Renewal Program and participate in Lease Renewal Committee. Administer Lease End Letter program and Customer Retention Tool , working with vendor to develop enhancements to support the Lease Renewal Program.
- University degree in a business-related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data and recommend solutions.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry. Automotive financing/captive finance experience is preferred.
- Understanding of automotive finance business and dealership financial services and products and operations.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to adapt and work with all levels of the organization and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop team members.
- Proactive and innovative with a strong sense of ownership and perseverance to overcome challenges.
- Strong software skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
