Overview:

Are you a creative and ambitious individual with a passion for all things social media, website and graphic design? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help grow our company. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services and improve our online presence.

In this position you will be required to be at each of our three locations (Elmvale and Wasaga Beach) throughout the week to take pictures and videos, meet with management, and interact with staff to create and distribute content in various formats across multiple channels.

Duties:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

- Manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, digital flyers, presentations, and website content

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, and social media advertising

- Collaborate with sales force to develop and launch new product advertisements

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of product management principles

- Proficient in advertising strategies and tactics

- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis

- Experience with SEO optimization and web analytics tools

- Proficient in website design

- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Experience with online ad creation and set up (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
