The Opportunity

We are looking to have a Marketing Manager join our team! The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy for key partners, including Smithsonian Institution, Kalos Golf, sponsoring associations that promote TCS jet trips, as well as driving marketing strategy & execution for Travel Advisors.

You will be working with Travel Agents to work on developing and executing marketing strategies across email and direct mail that generate sales. The person will work collaboratively with internal teams, driving alignment and business outcomes for group jet expeditions. You will develop and execute marketing initiatives (webinars, new tools and resources, etc.) as well as targeted efforts to reach UHNW clients through our travel agency partners. This role will work internally with the partner development team and the creative team to help manage development and execution of marketing materials. This role will report into the Vice President of Marketing.

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada - Remote

Travel Opportunities: Exciting travel opportunities both domestically and/or internationally to attend expedition departures. Travelling twice a year to the head office in Seattle, WA.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of all assigned partner and advisor marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing plans and production of all trip marketing materials including email, direct mail, web updates, paid media, reservation forms, etc.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders within the partner development team who manage the partner relationships.
  • Operate as point person for day-to-day marketing discussions with assigned partners.
  • Manage allocated marketing budget and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with our printing vendor to handle direct mail fulfillment.
  • Provide marketing support to sales team for day-to-day inquiries, including owning reservation forms, docusign and partnering with legal and finance on terms and conditions.
  • Access and self-serve core creative assets from Smartsheet to be used in partner marketing campaigns
  • Handle support collateral needed for partner events.
  • Work closely with our printing vendor to lead on direct mail fulfillment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 7+ years’ marketing experience with a proven track record of success in a client-facing role.
  • Travel or luxury experience.
  • Able to manage relationships with external partners and B2B marketing experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively with various customers, internal teams and external vendors
  • Proficiency in PPT, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and proven success in a deadline and results oriented environment
  • Willingness to be hands-on and do all levels of work as needed
