Summary of Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop strategic plans for limited time offer (LTO) campaigns, considering seasonality, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align LTOs with business objectives and product availability.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all grand opening materials, including signage, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the production and placement of branding elements to maximize visibility and impact.

Photography and Videography Briefing:

  • Work closely with photographers and videographers to create visually appealing content for marketing campaigns, including LTO promotions.
  • Provide clear creative briefs, ensuring that content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Marketing Process Optimization:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing marketing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for campaign creation, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Continuously assess and refine lead management processes to optimize the conversion funnel.

Budget Management:

  • Work closely with finance to develop a detailed and strategic marketing budget.
  • Implement budget tracking mechanisms to monitor expenses against predefined allocations.
  • Identify cost-effective tools and strategies to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.

Performance Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of campaign performance.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Vendor Management:

  • Evaluate, negotiate contracts with, and manage relationships with marketing technology vendors.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging tools, recommending new solutions that align with business goals.
  • Ensure that vendors deliver on agreed-upon service levels and performance metrics.
  • Branding and Signage:
  • Ensure consistent branding across all grand opening materials, including signage, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the production and placement of branding elements to maximize visibility and impact.

PR Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with PR agencies to develop and execute impactful PR campaigns that align with brand messaging.
  • Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other materials for distribution to relevant media outlets.
  • Monitor media coverage and sentiment, providing timely responses to inquiries and feedback.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute detailed plans for grand opening events, considering logistics, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with event planning agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.

Branding:

  • Ensure consistent branding across all grand opening materials, including signage, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the production and placement of branding elements to maximize visibility and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in the Food and Beverage Industry.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in Marketing Operations.
