What will your typical day look like?

 

Our Global Sustainability & Climate Market OperationsSenior Manager will partner with Global Sustainability’s leadership team supporting the operational “run-the-business” spend, strategic planning, and governance of the organization. This role builds relationships with Global Finance and Member Firm teams to support monthly reporting and strategic projects. Additionally, this role will have a deep understanding of Global Sustainability & Climate's operations, strategic direction, and top priorities.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Builds productive relationships with Global Finance, Sustainability Leadership, and Member Firm teams with raccurate forecasts, investment management, strategic projects, and opportunities
  • Leads and co-leads standardization, process improvements and automation across the team
  • Supports strategic Global initiatives/projects
  • Takes the lead on ad-hoc special project requests, meeting materials, delivery requirements, and monthly engagement with teams across the organization
  • Drives informed decision-making by strategically assessing project prioritization, potential trade-offs/benefits, and overall operational impacts from business decisions

About the team

 

The Global Sustainability & Climate team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and businesses globally to orchestrate and accelerate commercialization of our Sustainability & Climate services.

Qualifications: 

 

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience; preferably experienced with Project Management
  • Demonstrate a high level of executive presence and the ability to productively engage with professionals at all levels across the globe
  • Experience working in a large Global organization, with a strong track record of establishing broad networks and building relationships 
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, decision-making, organizational, negotiation and communication skills (i.e.strong oral and written communication skills in English)
  • Ability to respond effectively to internal/external clients’ queries/needs
  • Enthusiasm for new perspectives and technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively and adhere to deadlines while always paying attention to detail

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
