The impact you will have:

 

As a Google CloudMarketplace Program Manager, at Softchoice, your primary responsibility is owning, building, executing and managing the Google Marketplace Go to Market strategy at Softchoice. You will accelerate Field Margin performance, new buying account growth and strategic partner alignment through GCP Marketplace. Aligning with partners to help our mutual customers realize success through technology adoption to achieve their business objectives.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Build and maintain Go to Market strategy for Google Marketplace.
  • Develop and maintain ISV relationships aligned with Go to Market strategy.
  • Build and maintain systems, tools, process to optimize performance.
  • Inform content creation for enablement internal and external partners.
  • Accountable for all deal registrations.
  • Accountable for opportunity pipeline and forecast for Marketplace transactions including revenue/field margin and new customer acquisition.  
  • Lead cross functional collaboration with teams internal and external to Softchoice. 
  • Collaborate with Google product experts and partners to keep our teams updated on the latest Google offerings and industry trends.
  • Provide Pre-Sales support through the entire sales process from qualify to close. 
  • Own Google Marketplace Win Wires.

  

What you’ll bring to the table:

  

  • 5+ years’ IT sales experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree (business or IT focus) is preferred. 
  • Track record of success overachieving on sales targets. 
  • Are self-motivated, disciplined, process-oriented. 
  • Possess strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills. 
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Have a high level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building. 
  • Can manage a complex sales cycle from discovery to closing (demonstrable solution selling experience is preferred). 
  • Be able to build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and customers. 
  • Learn and adapt to new systems to perform daily tasks and gain industry insights.
