What you’ll do:
Primary Job Functions:
- Oversee daily operations in the Meat department and maintain excellent customer experience
- Ensure adherence to the departmental budget.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department
- Ensure the Meat department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy
- Maintain customer standards by tracking, monitoring and following up with customer concerns
- Participate in the recruitment, training, development and performance management of all team members in the department
- Ensure proper preparation of promotions and displays are completed
- Provide strong leadership and support to team members within the department

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have a 3+ years of relevant retail Meat Manager experience
- You have the ability to identify measures of performance, strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- You have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills; strong time management and organization skills
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
