Job description

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and exceptionally organised front desk individual to join our healthcare team. You will be the first person our patients see on entry into the clinic, therefore a welcoming personality is essential. Providing outstanding customer service is a priority, and always with a smile.

Duties:

Greet and assist all patients, providing a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for the clinic

Answer incoming calls and schedule/manage appointments.

Work effectively in an environment that requires multitasking.

Submitting electronic insurance claims on behalf of the patient.

Provide a variety of administrative support services, such as email, fax, scanning, etc.

Managing general cleanliness of the reception area and treatment rooms.

Monday-Friday, full-time hours.

Competitive remuneration and pay-scale

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/French)

Past experience working in customer service or admin

Ability to learn new computer software quickly (Mac)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
