Our busy medical/cosmetic clinic is hiring for a full time Medical Office Administrator to join our wonderful team in Canmore, AB. The successful candidate will be directly involved with our patients, both in person and on the telephone.
We are looking for someone who is bright, cheerful, kind, has empathy and compassion and who will offer our valued patients an exceptional experience while in our practice. A professional appearance and demeanor is required.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients and check-in
Scheduling appointments
Answering incoming phone calls
Responding by phone or email to patients
Taking payments and day end reconciliation
Recommending skin care products
General office duties
The successful candidate will have strong skills in customer service, time management and be self motivated. Good computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are needed along with problem solving skills and the ability to stay calm and focused when busy. A great attitude and big smiles go a long way!
