Member Services Representative

We are looking to fill a part time position as a Member Services (front desk) Representative who is able to work a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

What you will do:

• Retain strong familiarity with the Club’s facilities, hours of operation, and schedules
• Greet all members, guests, and staff; display an enthusiastic and genuine demeanor at all times
• Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner, and escalate as necessary
• Process registrations, reservations, court and locker bookings, phone inquiries, and cash out
• Assist in the maintenance of ‘first response’ procedures for medical and other emergencies
• Process sales and payments for Club services and amenities

What you will need:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with 2-3 years’ experience
• Takes initiative and ownership of task
• Solutions oriented and proactive in nature
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate MS Office computer skills and comfortable using multiple computer programs
• First aid an asset
