Overview:
Opimian Wine Club - Canada's largest wine club - is looking for a Member Service & Growth Representative to provide excellent Member service and support sales for our 8,000 Members nationwide. Working remotely from your home office, you will respond to telephone and email inquiries from Members and assist with on-the-ground events and growth activities in Western Canada.
At Opimian, we hire for attitude and train for skill. We seek an energized individual who provides a gold-standard Member Experience and steps up to any challenge. At least three years of Customer/Member/Hospitality service will serve you well in this position.
A love of wine and developing community is essential. Opimian uses Zendesk Customer Service Software, so experience with it would be a bonus. Computer literacy is a must, as is a professional phone manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
- Learn the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.
- Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date.
- Be able to process orders, forms, applications, or requests.
- Work with colleagues to resolve customer inquires and complaints.
- Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
- Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.
- Assist with events, packaging, shipping and other ad hoc responsibilities for the company and department

Salary: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
