The Member Services Representative works with all staff, and is an essential team member. The successful candidate must give strong first impressions as the first contact to the Blue Mountain Power Co-op and be up for the challenges and rewards that this position offers.
Requirements for this position:
- Enjoy dealing with general public (membership) in person and on the phone
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Able to answer phones and direct calls efficiently
- Punctual and reliable
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Energetic, fast-learner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent level of oral communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work efficiently and independently
- Utility billing knowledge is an asset but willing to train
