Member Service Representative I - Contract Position

The Rocky Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Member Service Representative l - Full-time, 8 month Contract Position with the possibility of turning into a permanent position.

The Position:

• Processes member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, and foreign cash etc.
• Balance’s cash and daily transactions.
• Performs a variety of duties such as opening accounts for existing members and troubleshooting debit card and on-line banking issues.

The Person:

• Grade 12 Diploma with 1 year of experience within a retail setting.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
