Brief Overview:
Under the direction of the Director of Health and Mental Health and Addictions Team Lead, the Mental Health and Addictions Program Finance assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting related functions and maintaining MNS Mental Health and Addictions program financial records. The Mental Health and Addictions Program Finance Assistant is accountable for data entry, reviewing and processing invoices, filing financial records and being a liaison between the program and clinicians regarding overdue accounts or billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and receipts from clinicians/ counselors for payment.
Prepare payments for reimbursement to clients for prepaid sessions.
Provide data entry and maintain financial records of accounts receivable and expenses.
Assist with preparation of budget monitoring and reporting.
