Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Provide warm and courteous service to guests during the overnight shift, including check-in and check-out processes
- Monitor hotel security and respond promptly to any guest inquiries or concerns
- Handle reservations, including booking, confirmation, and cancellation procedures
- Assist with guest requests and inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas throughout the night
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Perform any additional duties or special projects assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or guest service experience is preferred
- Training will be provided to the right candidate
- Good communication skills, and fluent in English
- Detail oriented and an experienced problem solver
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Post-secondary education in a hospitality program is an asset
