We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, as well as computer knowledge.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
-handle orders from website and phone calls
-arrange shipping quotes and shipping product
-inventory control
-necessary filing and sales paperwork
-customer phone and email follow up
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- some hockey arena, curling or baseball knowledge would be preferred
- Customer service-oriented mindset with good phone etiquette
-Out of the box thinker, with the ability to react quickly and solve issues

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
