Job description

```Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls

- Greet and assist our guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Manage calendars

- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents

- Support the front desk operations and handle general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor

- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting and clerical procedures with basic accounting principles

- Proficient in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)
  • Sage 50 Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
