Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Creating invoices and managing payments on Quickbooks, ensuring customer info is up-to-date and error-free
- Operate office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Proficiently use Google Suite applications for various office tasks
-Process all registrations of new HVAC equipment, process extended warranties, and part claims.
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Accurate and fast data entry abilities
- Familiarity with HVAC or trades is a plus
- Proficiency in typing and using office software applications: Quickbooks & Google
- Able to work independently and efficiently
