We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus
- Proficiency in computerized systems and phone systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
