As an Office Administrator you help run our Kitchener office. No job is too small or big for you and you are a customer service ambassador and task master that thrives in a renovations, plumbing and property management environment. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and the CEO as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Create standard operating procedures in your role
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Create estimates and invoices in QuickBooks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced enviroment
- Have a G license with ability and willingness to drive on 400 series highways
- Exceptional customer service overall
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using phone systems and computerized office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Ability to take control of your role
- Have a drive to over-achieve and be prideful in your accomplishments
