### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
### Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to the office manager
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
### Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred but not necessary
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Experience working in a medical office or customer support role is a plus
- Experience with Quickbooks an asset but not required
