Use multiple software programs for job/task management Word/Excel/Outlook/ Gmail/ SupplyPro/ Buildertrend, Procore etc.
Assisting in the flow of railing jobs through creation and management of paperwork.
Prepare jobs for invoicing; Price simple jobs, print quotes or purchase orders.
Contact customers for scheduling or regarding outstanding balances.
Some examples of daily tasks: answering phones/ emails, helping customers, creating measure papers, putting jobs into production, job tracking, getting jobs together to invoice.

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
