Overview

Choice Field Solutions Ltd. has been serving Western Canada as an industrial supplier for the past 12 years. We supply various equipment, accessories, safety apparel, and fleet supply and work closely with our clients in geomatics, construction, engineering, locating, and forestry. We are looking for an individual who is excited to learn new products and grow with the company.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.

- Manage inquiries via email.

- Perform daily account receivable, accounts payable and invoicing tasks.

- Managing office and shop inventory. Including: Accepting deliveries, regular inventory, placing and receiving orders

- Maintaining office and storefront cleanliness and stock throughout the day.

- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in using QuickBooks.

- Previous experience working in a customer service role is preferred.

- Strong clerical skills, including accurate data entry and file management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Requirements:

- Completion of relevant Post-Secondary Education

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
