Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
- Maintain filing systems and databases, organizing and updating records as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment orders, ensuring availability and efficiency.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other office logistics.
- Support office communication and collaboration tools, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
