Job description

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team, playing a crucial role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases, organizing and updating records as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment orders, ensuring availability and efficiency.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other office logistics.
  • Support office communication and collaboration tools, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
