We are seeking a full-time Reception/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Take and relay messages accurately
Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products/services
Manage customer information in the CRM system
Assist with job costing by collecting and organizing relevant data
Calculate commissions for sales team members
Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical
Social media management
Customer Appreciation
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a reception/administrative role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
