Bajaj Narang Immigration Ltd is a leading immigration consulting office located in Surrey and Abbotsford, BC. We provide legal services to a full range of Immigration matters and have been in practice for more than 10 years.
Drawing on previous experience in an assistant role, you will be responsible for providing complete administrative support while operating in a fast-paced, confidential, multi-priority management environment. You must be a self-motivated, highly organized individual with an ease for communication and a passion for client service.
Responsibilities
Provide full administrative assistant support to an Immigration office including but not limited to the following:
- Responding to phone and in-person inquiries at the office
- Maintaining appointment schedule and confirming client appointments
- Multitasking including entering details on immigration forms and drafting correspondence.
- Maintaining and updating email correspondence, sorting/distributing incoming email, and preparing outgoing email
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Processing/reviewing daily business transactions regarding client accounts.
- Maintaining digital client files and paperwork
- Managing/updating client databases
- Lead on posting and monitoring social media feeds and website.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Calendar
- Customer service orientation with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients both on the phone and face-to-face.
- You must be well organized with the ability to manage multiple focuses and prioritize tasks.
- You are an energetic and enthusiastic team player who pays attention to detail.
- Resourceful and able to work independently is required.
- Business Administration Diploma or relevant business disciplines would be an asset.
