Office Administrator/Receptionist

Wellness Centre in North Burnaby is seeking an office Admin/ Receptionist. We sre looking for a people friendly, well-organized, and very detail-oriented, multi-tasking person as an office administrator for 28-32 hours a week.

You will be the clinic’s face and voice to the world. As such an excellent command of spoken and written English is vital.
Must have:

A superb phone presence.
Comfort/experience working with the public.
Great interpersonal skills to deal with clients to discuss our services and make appointments.
Should be able to handle front office duties like booking appointments for various practitioners, have computer skills for online booking and billing duties.
Hours are as follows
Monday and Thursday 9:30am-530pm
Friday 9am-1pm
Saturday 9am-330pm

Wed 1-2 hours from home checking masseges and answering emails.
