The position available is Office Assistant. This position focuses on maintaining strong communication with our loyal clients by phone, emails, and text messages. Plan and oversee daily operations and dispatch of the plumbing technicians. Proof read and process all outgoing invoices. Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities. A duration of training will be provided upon hire to better educate the use of our systems and procedures.
**Must be able to work day shifts Monday to Friday**
Skills required for the position:
- Primary point of contact for clients
- Operating multiple phone lines and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience are a must
- Keen organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Maintain the filing system
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English and ability to efficiently proofread documents
- Reliable individual on-time and willing to assist co-workers to get the job done
