Therm-O-Comfort Co. Ltd. is looking for an individual who is able to conduct administrative duties along with various other responsibilities within the office. Must be able to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment. This is a part time position and hours will vary depending on the time of year. Schedule will be discussed more at the interview.
Duties:
Handling accounts payable and receivable
Answering phone calls
Filing
Issuing purchase orders and Bill of Ladings
Data Entry
Running errands
Taking orders from customers, informing production when an order has been received
Logistics planning and organizing
Other tasks will arise on a need be basis
Requirements:
This individual must have strong time management skills, efficient in Excel, Word, Google Drive, and must have some experience using the accounting software Quick Books.
We require at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
