About Us: Steve’s Tire is a trusted provider of quality new and used tires in Moncton. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant.
Job Description:
· Role: As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our office operations. This includes efficiently handling incoming phone calls and providing assistance to customers at the counter. Responsibilities also include managing appointments, using Google Calendar, and assisting with Simply Accounting tasks.
· Hours: Full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
· Work Environment: Our office operates at a fast pace, requiring strong attention to detail and reliability from our team members.
Requirements:
· Phone Skills: Ability to professionally receive and handle phone calls, while also serving customers at the counter with courtesy and efficiency.
· Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, Word, Google Calendar, and Simply Accounting is required. Training will be provided if necessary.
· Language: Bilingualism is not required but appreciated.
