We are excited to welcome a new member to our team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, business-savvy Assistant Office Administrator and dispatcher to join our Fredericton location. As our Assistant Office Administrator and dispatcher, you will be responsible for answering calls, providing top-notch customer service, and co-managing our technician's schedules.
What can you expect as an Assistant Office Administrator? You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling quotes, requests, and questions with ease. You will also assist with sales activities and co-manage our technician scheduling software. On the financial/administrative side, you will assist with receivables and some minor bookkeeping and administrative tasks. You will also enjoy a comfortable, business-casual work environment.
Do you qualify for this exciting opportunity? We are looking for someone who is great on the phone with customers and has excellent customer service skills. Problem-solving skills are a must, has some experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines and multitask.

Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
