Office Adminstrator/Reception

We are looking for an enthusiastic/dynamic and forward thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client oriented front office environment to join our team and undertake the following duties:
Reception duties - Welcoming clients, managing clinician schedules, booking client appointments
Financial Duties - Taking Client Payments. Tracking Accounts Receivables. Third Party Billing (motor vehicle and private health insurance companies, as well as Workers Compensation Board of NB.)
Clerical Duties – Managing confidential client files, facilitating phone calls with clients, physicians, lawyers, insurers. Providing daily performance metrics/ statistical reports to management.

Skills: Confidence in learning computer programs, scanning, photocopying documents. Proficient in using Email & Microsoft word. Proficient typing skills. Excel experience is a definite asset. Attention to detail is a must.
Remuneration will ultimately be based on the level of experience and expertise you bring to the position. Professional development is encouraged with financial support offered for continuing education.
This position will start as part-time: no less than 16 hrs per week, plus occasional 30-40 hour weeks for vacation coverage; transitioning to a full-time position over the next 6 mos …. flexibility in part-time hours is a key requirement.
