Salary```Job Summary``` We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. ```Responsibilities``` - Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Assist with data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets or databases - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records - Provide support to other team members as needed ```Skills``` - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in data entry and typing - Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is a plus - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication - Strong administrative skills, including filing, record keeping, and document management If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
