We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are lumber Export company. The ideal candidate has experience MS office and hands on experience in Excel and Emails
Timing : 7 am onwards Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Knowledge of Quick books
- Checking Export Documents for any corrections
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and accurate typing skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Hands on Experience of MS office , especailly in Excel and Emails
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
