Administrative Assistants ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer phones using a professional and courteous manner and deliver trusted advice to our clients
-Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
-Prepare reports, memos and documents
-Learn industry specific programs
-File Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable material
-Opportunity to take on greater responsibilities
Position starts immediately
$19 per hour to start.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
