We're looking for a skilled Office Assistant to help us improve the office environment. A successful candidate will have a background in facilities management as well as an understanding of office equipment maintenance, and will be responsible for a wide range of daily tasks including, but not limited to: operating copiers, daily/monthly closings, paperwork organization, filing paperwork, product warehousing, answering phones, designing pdf brochures and web copy, troubleshooting problems, and documenting daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers by phone and face-to-face.
- Answer questions and solve problems.
- Provide information to customers.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Organize paperwork.
- Create and maintain office / warehouse inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
