Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a Part time leading to full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Support the front desk by managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized office systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite. etc)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is an asset
