North Ridge Development Corporation is seeking a full time Office Coordinator to join our Regina team for a 14-month term position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination of all documentation pertaining to sales of residential homes and assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Process contracts, distribute and enter them into BuildTopia system
Prepare administrative documents related to home sales
Act as main point of contact for all sales document related inquiries
Update weekly reports
Update all marketing materials price lists, lot lists, websites, show home schedule
Coordinate marketing requirements as needed with marketing agency, photographers, furniture moves, etc.
Assist sales team, Sales & Marketing Manager and Operations Manager
Perform administrative duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
