We are looking for friendly and motivated people to join our rapidly growing company. The Office Administrator/ Appointment Coordinator position will be perfect for those individuals who enjoy a fast paced environment and working with others.
Successful candidates will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Dispatching crews
- Coordinating appointments to ensure timely response for our clients
- Being the point of contact for any unexpected issues that may arise
- Mailing invoices and Accounts Receivable
- Recording details for appointment bookings
- General office administration duties
This position will require problem solving skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English. Shifts are 9:00am - 5:00pm and will occur Monday to Friday. The initial training for this position will occur during regular business hours.
