The hiring company belongs to a Group company which is a fast-growing metals mining companies with operations in 16 countries. The Company has set up a corporate development office in Canada and is looking for candidates to join the Toronto team.
Responsibilities Include:
· Perform regular administrative duties for a small-sized office of a multinational mining company’s Toronto office;
· Provide clerical, logistics, and human resources support to other personnel in the office;
· Assist with banking and billing processes;
· Serve as a point of contact for external clients and other departments of the company;
· Also act as executive assistant to a senior executive of the company;
· Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries and presentations for the executives
· The successful candidate may also be required to conduct some supporting research work on selective topics.
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of relevant experience and with a university degree/college diplomat or equivalent;
· Strong computer skills with advanced experience in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
· Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
· Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $84,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
