On-Call Receptionist

Are you a night owl with a knack for communication and a passion for helping others? Our thriving real estate brokerage is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Evening Telephone Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote role is perfect for those who excel in customer service and are seeking the flexibility of evening hours where you can work from home or on the go.

What You'll Do:

- Serve as the first point of contact for our clients during evening hours. Set up appointments as they come in, confirm appointments and document each one.

- working evenings and weekends starting time during the day is potentially flexible but likely be available to answer the phone from 3:30pm to 9pm in an on call basis during the week and on call weekends.

Who We're Looking For:

- Exceptional communicators who are comfortable and articulate on the phone.

- Self-starters who can work independently, with the discipline to remain focused and productive in a remote setting.

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role would be great and real estate experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
