We are currently searching for an Operations Administrator for a Full-Time 14 Month contract opportunity, reporting to the AssistantManager, Operations. Candidates need to be flexible to work all 3 shifts (morning, afternoon and midnight) Monday to Sunday.
Location: Winnipeg Distribution Centre

What You’ll Be Doing
- Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
- Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills as this position requires direct contact with internal and external customers or third-party carriers.
- Scheduling inbound and outbound load appointments with flexibility
- Investigate and complete customer credit requests
- Build load manifests
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy
- Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation
- Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP systems experience using business process management software
- Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
