Boundary Electric is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team!!
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Department, encompassing a range of general administrative duties as well as operational tasks.
Key Functions:
· Office
o Assist with the development and implementation of projects.
o Schedule and facilitate training sessions.
o Administer meetings and record minutes.
o Edit and revise documents.
o File and maintain Operational records.
o File documents electronically and manually.
o Follow company policies and procedures.
o Support the Operations Coordinator with day-to-day tasks.
o Support the Operations Department with administrative functions.
· Other
o Participate in special projects from time to time.
o Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Special Requirements:
· Previous experience in a similar role.
· Be self-motivated and possess personal accountability.
· Above-average organizational skills.
· Tenacity to follow up on outstanding items until resolved.
Education, Skills, and Attributes:
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
· Proven ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
· Strong computer and administrative skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
