About the opportunity:
We seek a full-time Operations Contract Administrator based in West Kelowna, BC.
The Operations Contract Administrator position reports to the Administrative Services Manager. Acting as the liaison between internal departments, external partners, and clients, the Contract Administrator manages the daily reporting of Schedule C Contracts, ensuring that the service contracts are correctly managed and adhered to, ensuring client satisfaction.
Key areas of responsibility:
This position will require a highly organized, multi-tasking individual who understands the complexities of work orders and wants to join and support a fast-growing company. Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support Regional Managers in the creation of seasonal contracts.
- Administer independent contractor agreements and Schedule C agreements.
- Support the onboarding and education of new Preferred Partners in an internal software program.
- Ensures preferred partner compliance documents are accurate and up to date.
- Receives and enters contractor activity logs, ensuring completeness and established deadlines are received.
- Supports the bid management process.
- Supports procurement and Regional Managers by providing quotes for projects as requested by facility managers.
- Supports work order management process during peak seasons.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- West Kelowna BC, V1Z 1A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (minimum requirement)
Work Location:
- In-person for the first three months with the potential for a hybrid work opportunity
Salary Range:
- $50,000 - $60,000
