Job Description:
As an Operations Manager at EIC Education, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our education consulting services at the Vancouver location. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the Vancouver branch.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operations with company objectives.
- Supervise and lead a team of education consultants, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders to enhance our reputation and business opportunities.
- Identify areas for operational improvement, implement streamlined processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee and approve marketing strategies and plans to promote EIC Education's services to potential clients and partner institutions.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the company.
- Facilitate training programs for staff, focusing on enhancing their knowledge of education consulting, immigration procedures, industry trends and client service skills.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports on branch performance and present to the head office, providing insights into key operational metrics.
- Represent the company at educational fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or college diploma.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in education consulting or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and interact with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
